Role: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

My client, who are an award-winning law firm, are now on the hunt for a 2nd Line Support Analyst who will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up to external third line MSP.

You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Desktop operating systems, Microsoft Servers within a Microsoft 365 environment as well as being comfortable with hardware and software issues.

Experience needed:

* Previous experience in 2nd Line support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Azure Administration
* Microsoft Windows 10
* Microsoft Server 2008, 2012, 2012R2, 2016
* Microsoft Office 365 Exchange
* Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS
* Hyper V management and support.
* Citrix XenApp management and support
* DUO (MFA) management and support
* Mimecast management and support
* Good understanding of Network Technology VLAN and IP routing protocols.
* An understanding of Wireless network technologies
* Good understanding of Security Firewalls / UTMs,
* Understanding of SIP/IP Telephone Systems
* Understanding of Enterprise anti-virus suites in particular Sophos
* An understanding of Back-up technologies (DATTO)

Additional info:

* Salary £30k - £35k
* At least 2nd line technical, 3rd line would be better, but conscious of salary
* Must accept 1st line/ admin duties- it's a small team
* Experience of Azure administration, migration better and would be prioritised for interview
* 5 days a week on site
