Role: 2nd Line Support
Location: Leicester
Salary: £25K DOE
I am looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join a busy MSP in Leicester on a permanent basis. This business offer a high level of IT and Infrastructure Support and Solutions to various businesses across the Leicester region - and now have a great opportunity for a driven and motivated IT Support professional to join the ranks. You will be welcomed into their close-knit team from day one and will provide you with the opportunity to work remotely on the helpdesk, as well as onsite and leading projects when needed.

Role Responsibilities:
** Provide a high level of 2nd line support - liaising with both the 1st and 3rd line engineers
** Respond to issues logged via the helpdesk in a timely and efficient manner
** Provide friendly yet professional support out on customer sites
** Work on and lead projects across various businesses
** Possess a drive to always develop yourself and your technical knowledge
Technical Skills from you:
** Windows Server and Windows 10
** Exchange, Office 365
** Active Directory, Azure
** VMWare, Hyper-V
** Networking
** Datto Backups
** Autotask
Ideally you will be from an MSP / IT Solutions background and have experience providing remote and onsite support to multiple businesses at one time.
