Role: 2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Sheffield, England
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Owing to the expansion of their Sheffield office they are looking for a dynamic and personable 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their team.

Working alongside a Senior IT Support Technician and IT Manager, you will resolve 2nd line tickets as well as supporting project work such as network installations, server upgrades and exchange migrations.

Excellent customer service and can-do attitude is a must for this position!
