2nd Line Help Desk Technician
Type: Contract
Length: 12 Months +
IR35 Status: Inside
Pay: up to £130 per day DOE
Location: Redditch

My client are looking for a 2nd Line Help desk Technician to join on a long term basis, with a possibility of turning into a permanent role. This role is full time, working on site full time. You must have an Enhanced DBS to be considered for this role.


  • Providing support from the helpdesk
  • Answering calls, tickets, and online chats
  • Resolving, escalating, or assigning tickets as required


  • At least 2 years' experience in a 1st/2nd Line position
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving issues with:
    • Office 365
    • Windows 10
    • Microsoft Server
    • Virtualisation (Hyper-V)
    • Active Directory
    • Intune
