One of my best MSP clients, who are a Microsoft Gold Partner, are looking for a Remote MSP 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be providing remote support for the majority of the time, but there may be occasions where you will be tasked with visiting a client to carry out on site support.
This role will expose you to training, whilst working with the latest techs and getting stuck into project work. There are massive progression and career growth opportunities with these guys - so if you are driven and are looking to challenge yourself, then this is the role for you!
We are looking for someone who is both extremely technically skilled to a high 2nd or 3rd Line standard,with previous MSP experience, ambitious , self-sufficient and is looking to develop in their IT career.

Essential Experience:
- Microsoft stack
- VMWare/ Hyper V- server configuration
- Server and configuration troubleshooting
- Exchange migrations to office 365
- Active Directory support & configuration
- Advanced firewall & router administration
- Server migrations and installations
- Knowledge of leading backup applications
- Wireless configuration & support
- 365 exchange online, with PowerShell experience
- Advanced support of MS office
- Windows 7/8/10
- Advanced firewall & router administration
- Advanced networking and connectivity skills
- Networking infrastructure: TCP/IP, SSL, BGP, VPN routing and switching
Desirable 3rd Line experience:
- Powershell
- Azure configuration
- Cisco
- SQL
- OSX
- VOIP, Gamma, Aveya, 3cx telephony configuration and installation
