1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer

Role: 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Bedford
Salary: £28K DOE

I am looking for a motivated IT Support professional to join a prosperous company in Bedford on a permanent basis. You will have a proven track record of multi-tasking and prioritising, ensuring that you provide a high and broad level of IT Support and knowledge at all times in a friendly yet approachable manner. Role Responsibilities:
** Provide IT Support to users across the business, working closely with the other engineers
** Shadowing and learning from the more senior engineers to expand and grow your knowledge and expertise
** Ensure you have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
** Act as the first point of call for all issues raised, dealing with these to resolution or escalating when necessary
** Be fully transparent and open with the companies users, keeping them updated and informed at all stages of the process
