Job description

Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

My client, who are in the financial sector, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

You will have the opportunity to assist on projects and grow your skills with development training! Your day to day will look like; taking ownership of user accounts, be mentored by senior IT staff, and assist multiple rollouts and projects.

Experience needed:
-Basic TCP/IP networking
-Microsoft Server
-Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
-Active Directory
-Windows 10 and Apple Mac Desktop Support
-Mobile Device Management systems
-Microsoft Office 365

Desirable skills:
-Azure
-VoIP telephony systems
-MSP experience
