Job description

Role: 1st Line Support Technician

Location: Andover (hybrid)

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000

Contract: Permanent

My client, a leading UK Charity based in Andover, is looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to support their internal systems and users. With the support of an outsourced 2nd line, you will be the main point of contact for all technical issues for around 85 users across the business.

As a registered charity, they are one of the only organisations that research and closely works to support those suffering from vision impairment. Alongside supporting the community, they support their employees too, with an outstanding benefits package and progression opportunities!

This is a hybrid position, with the requirement to go into the office a few days a week.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1st Line Support or Apprenticeship experience
  • Windows 10 - basic troubleshooting
  • Office365 - user creation and license assignments
  • Active Directory
  • Hardware / Software troubleshooting
