Role: 1st Line Support Technician
Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: £21,000 - £25,500

My client, a leading UK Charity based in Andover, is looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis. The organisation support people to improve their quality of life.
This role is important to support the charity's ability to continue its research and support, as well as upkeeping the day-to-day running.
This is a hybrid role with a need to travel to the office a few days a week.

Experience needed:
- Experience providing 1st line support
- Office365 stack - SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive
- Windows 7/8/10
- Active Directory
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
Any experience with SQL would be beneficial.
