Role: 1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Wanstead, East London
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE

My client in the educational sector are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a team of 7 to help support the staff on-site with their IT needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently started their career in IT and is looking for an environment where they can learn and develop their skillset. The right candidate will be a passionate individual who is keen to gain experience from the talented team of Engineers and who is pro-active and has great customer service skills.

Experience needed:
- At least 6 months experience within a similar role
- Experience with ticketing systems, computer hardware, Windows, Active Directory
