COMPLETELY ONSITE IN YORK, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO COMMUTE INTO THE YORK OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK.
My client is looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their busy service desk, taking calls and raising tickets to 2nd and 3rd Line levels as well as fixing issues on the 1st Line level.
The successful candidate will have experience working on a BUSY SERVICE DESK and taking call after call to end users.
