1st Line IT Support Engineer - London - £27K
Up to £27,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits
A very successful and longstanding Managed Service Provider is looking for an IT Support Engineer at a first line level to join their team ASAP. They need somebody ideally with a year or two's experience that is eager to learn and develop their skills further in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is the ideal position for the right aspiring IT Professional to further their career and technical abilities within a business that truly cares for its employees' wellbeing, personal development, and growth.
Duties include:
* General day-to-day support of customers' technical issues and ticket resolution via the Help Desk
* Supporting small, medium, and enterprise sized firms across multiple industries
* Involvement in project work including rollouts and upgrades
* Documentation and resolution of repeat issues
* Technical research for client solutions
* Partaking in technical training and personal development sessions

Technical Skills they are looking for:
* Windows Server 2012 - 2019 administration
* Windows 10 Desktop OS
* Active Directory
* Office 365 administration
* Cloud exposure desirable (Azure)
* Network Troubleshooting
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* MSP experience desirable
