Location: UK (Remote)
Salary: £120,000 - £160,000

I am currently recruiting for an exciting and unique contract administration company. They combine active agreements, blockchain technology and a business process modelling engine.
My client is looking to venture into the NFT market and is looking for a VP to strengthen their team. Here you will make hands-on contributions to the code, lead the team of engineers, optimise the day-to-day engineering flow, and be involved in the hiring process to really have a solid input on the company and their services.
The ideal candidate:
- Multiple years of experience as an engineering manager.
- Software Development experience (ideally blockchain experience however this is not essential).
My client is keen to see candidates from a range of backgrounds, whether you have VP experience, CTO experience, technical lead experience or any other form of management experience within an engineering-led organization.
