Role: UC Engineer
Location: Doncaster, England
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 DOE

My client is quoted as one of the Top 25 Managed Service Providers in the UK and works with clients ranging from local government, education, and healthcare. As they continue to have consecutive record months, they are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer (UC) to join their team.
Working alongside other UC Engineers you will troubleshoot and assist clients on a help desk as well as travelling to client sites to install products. You will work with Avaya, 8x8, and Ericson LG, assisting clients as they transition to cloud platforms. You will act as a point of escalation for 1st line engineers, resolving tickets at a 2nd line level.
This role involves site visits, so a full UK driving license is required.
