Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Immediate Start Available)
£20,000 - £25,000 annual salary PLUS up to 25% commission

The Company
You will be provided with bespoke training and all the right tools needed to be successful in this role to achieve your next promotion - with a tailored progression pathway for each consultant. They are all about setting targets, achieving goals and then celebrating a bit too hard on the after work bev!
Uncapped commission up to 25% on top of a base salary.
Ideal location for bars/restaurants for after work drinks with the team.
Regular all expenses paid incentives at The Ivy, Piccolinos, Dakota & Race days, etc.
Company holidays to Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona, etc.
Early finish Fridays.
The Role
Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
The Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Bright and confident personality
- Money driven and has clear financial goals
- A good work ethic / ambitious
