Role: Technical Escalation Manager - EMEA
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire - Hybrid (2 days office based)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

My client, an international Data Storage Solutions company, is looking for a Technical Escalations Manager to support their EMEA clients on a permanent basis. Ideally, you will have experience working with data storage or cloud storage solutions and have a high level of technical understanding.
As a Technical Escalations Manager, you will be building and maintaining client relationships, and driving critical customer solutions to resolution.

- Storage Hardware
- SAN
- Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Backup applications
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
