Role: Technical Consultant
Location: Stockport, Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

One of my top MSP clients are looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. My client pride themselves upon their company values, which in hand is reflected in how successful their business is due to staff feeling so valued.
You will be expected to support their existing service desk, dealing with escalations up to a 3rd Line standard. Alongside this, we are looking for someone to support the other Juniors with any technical advise they may need - so patience will be a virtue! You will also be given the responsibility to account manage your own clients!

Previous experience:
* 3rd Line Support
* Windows servers
* VMWare
* Office 365
* LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP - Networking basics
