Role: SQL Developer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Remote working (occasional travel to Reading)

My client is seeking a talented SQL Developer to join their expanding team. Operating as an industry leader in the healthcare space, they work with over 45 NHS Trusts, utilising the power of data to improve patient outcomes. As this predominantly a remote role, with occasional travel to their head office in Reading, it offers you the potential to make a real difference from the comfort of your own home.
In a role as a SQL Developer, you'll be working to provide solutions to alleviate complications and costs associated with complex patient data. Working mainly with a T-SQL database, you'll be responsible for the company's ETL processes, database querying, stored procedures and functions.
What they need from you:
- Good understanding of tSQL - UDFs, Selects, Stored procedures,Joins, Functions
- Good understanding of SQL Db design - Primary keys, Foreign keys, Data types, etc
- Knowledge ofd NHS data - The way in which acute works e.g. IP, OP, A&E critical care etc., Outputs and understandings of them e.g. CDS
- Understanding but not experience or skills in SSAS, SSIS and SSRS
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communications - Ability to explain to lots of different level of users technical items
