Role: Software Test Engineer
Location: Cambridge, England - (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

My award winning client are looking for a Junior Software Test Engineer & Mid Level Software Test Engineer to join there highly talented technical team. They work with some of the biggest clients in their sector and are able to offer great career progression. You will be working closely with other tester's so that you are able to gain valuable experience as you progress. You will mainly be responsible for running existing manual test cases. Their technical stack currently consists of Python, so experience with Python would be massively desirable. However, experience with C# or Java is fine. Mid level candidates will also be required to work on automation testing. You will also be responsible for building test plans.
Flexibility is key to this organisation; they offer part remote working with you being required to visit their Cambridge based office 2 times a week. My client is looking to schedule initial interviews this week.
Skills:
- 1 years' experience as a software tester (2 years for Mid Level)
- Experience with Python, Java or C#
- Jira
- Experience testing Windows applications
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Jira / Bugzilla
- Microsoft Office
- Degree in relevant field
