Role: Software Support Engineer
Salary: up to 24K
Location: Wigan
A brand new vacancy with a great client of mine situated in Wigan. This company are looking to add a SMART, HARD WORKING, FORWARD THINKING, support engineer to their team on a permanent basis.
My client provide bespoke software to a variety of clients such as B&Q, BP Garages and Arriva. The ideal candidate will be confident working with computers, be willing to learn how to install the bespoke software and then troubleshooting this software.
This role would be perfect for a 1st Line support engineer or help desk analyst who is keen to learn!
Desirable Experience:
- Confident working with computers
- Willing to learn how to install bespoke software
- Trouble shooting experience
- Confident on the phone to customers
- Able to raise tickets on a support desk
