Role: Service Desk Team Lead
Location: Dewsbury, England
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE

My client is the largest healthcare and education provider in the North, boasting a reputation of excellence lasting nearly 70 years. They are now looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to join their ranks. Leading a thriving Service Desk you will manage two IT Support Technicians, resolving 2nd line and escalated tickets, managing project delivery and liaising with 3rd parties.

This is a fast-paced and challenging role for an individual who is seeking leadership and responsibility!
