Role: Service Desk Team Lead (Remote Working)
Location: Derby, England
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 PLUS Company Car

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on a hybrid working scheme.
In this Service Desk Lead role, you will be supervising and managing the team of 1st and 2nd line IT Support Stuff and ensure the smooth day to day running of the IT Service Desk. With the opportunity to go out to site and get hands on with the latest cutting-edge technology.
As the Service Desk Lead, you will be an escalation point for the junior members of the team and get involved with current, new, and upcoming projects such as rollouts, upgrades, migrations to cloud, installations AND MORE!
This role has the chance to work at different sites, so a full UK driving license is required.
