Role: 1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £18,500 - £24,500


A fantastic opportunity has become available with a well-established MSP based in Milton Keynes going through a large spell of expansion and in the process of acquiring another business to join their forces.

They are looking for multiple positions, spread across first line to third line and it would be an amazing time to get involved during this exciting period.

As a First Line Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all 1st line quires for the company. You will predominantly work on the IT Support where you will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service and support to internal users and approved clients.

* Windows Server 16/19
* Windows 10
