Service Desk Analyst - Coventry - £26k DOE
Role: Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £26,000 DOE
Location: Coventry

Role Responsibilities:
** To deal with queries and escalations on a busy service desk in a responsive and prompt manner
** Participating in project work such as migrations/deployments with scope to eventually lead project work
** Providing both remote and onsite support to 300+ users
** To shadow more senior members of the team to gain more knowledge across multiple systems
Skill Requirements:
** Windows 10
** Windows Server
** Office 365 / Exchange
** Active Directory / Azure
** VMware / Hyper V
** Networking
** Previous Project History
