Role: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Oldham, Manchester
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
My client, being Europe's leading lifting solutions supplier, are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team of 3 onsite IT engineers on a permanent basis. Previously helping to shape the Shard and Crossrail, you will be exposed to many exciting projects across their three nationwide sites. Their ideal candidate is an individual who can join and hit the ground running, providing IT Support solutions to their 150 internal staff.
Job Purpose:
* Provide 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Internally
* Act as an escalation point from 1st line helpdesk
* Support the companies 3 national sites IT
* Occasional travel to sites with IT Manager/Alone
* To get involved in the companies infrastructure/network projects
* Hardware and Software support
* Troubleshooting for external providers
* Supporting websites using WordPress & Magento
Previous Experience:
* 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Exposure
* Exposure to Infrastructure
* Exposure to IT Networking
* Using Magento/WordPress with Websites
* Hardware/Software support
* Troubleshooting
