Role: Senior IT Administrator
Location: Wakefield, England (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

With almost 100 years' experience in transportation, waste management, and natural resources my client is on of the UK's leading consultancy companies with multiple sites across the UK. Owing to an expanding team they are looking for an ambitious and personable Senior IT Administrator.

As the Senior IT Administrator you will help lead the Service Desk team acting as a point of escalation and helping junior IT Administrators support over 600 users. You will oversee the resolution of 1st / 2nd line tickets whilst personally resolving more complex third line tickets and supporting infrastructure work.
This is an excellent role for those with outstanding communication and people skills who are looking for LEADERSHIP and MANAGEMENT opportunities.

This role also offer HYBRID working.
