Security Support Engineer - Remote - £30,000 + DOE
Role: Security Support Engineer
Location: Remote (North West)
Salary: £30,000 + DOE
Whilst continuously expanding, my client - a cloud computing and communications solutions provider are looking to hire an individual to provide IT support primarily on their security helpdesk.
Being a Microsoft Gold Partner, the ideal candidate will be a logical problem solver, with exposure to Cyber Security and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration/ Business & Enterprise editions.
Job Purpose:
* Implementing projects to new customers
* Assisting the sales team with audits/assessments
* 2nd/3rd Line IT Support
* Monitoring & Auditing IT Security related issues
* Supporting/Training less technically skilled staff
* Working as part of a team to provide excellent customer experiences
Previous Experience:
* Microsoft 365 - admin/ E5 License
* Microsoft Endpoint Protection/ MS Powershell
* Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S)
* Intune/ Azure
* Cyber Security/ Cloud App Security
* AAD P2 Features
* Autopilot
* MDM/MAM
* Conditional Access
* Networking
* VMWare
