Role: P4W System Architect
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

One of my top clients, who are within the Legal sector, are looking for a P4W (Partner for Windows) System Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for somebody who can maintain the core case management system (P4W) environment - develop and maintain new and existing reports for use across the business. Reviewing and maintaining the P4W environment to ensure optimum performance and efficiency will ensure that the business operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

* Build and maintain reporting solutions that support various business areas
* End to end reporting solutions using various delivery mechanisms
* Liaise with different stake holders to gather reporting requirements
* Undertake P4W development, work on development projects, solutions and fixes
* Maintain/maximise productivity from third party integrated P4W products, Partner Productivity Suite and Carpe Diem time recording
* Work with Infrastructure team to maintain instance of P4W on server to deliver optimal output for end user
* Produce clear, concise documentation evidencing changes made to workflows that is easy for other members to follow
* Review the teams work, provide feedback/guidance when required
* Suggest improvements that could be made to software/working practices
* Provide initial and ongoing support to end users and our in-house training teams post implementation

Experience:
* Experience developing all aspects of the P4W system, or another case management system (ie Proclaim)
* Great knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Good analytical & organisational skills
* Flexible individual with good planning skills
* Good understanding of SSIS/SSRS
* Experienced with SQL
* Experienced with Power BI/Qlikview
* Understanding of database design principles
* An understanding of UI design
