Role: Network Engineer
Salary: £33,000 + Company Car!
Location: Brierley Hill, Birmingham
One of my best clients based in the MSP sector in Birmingham is looking to add a network engineer to their already vibrant team based on a full-time basis. This role will see the right candidate get involved in various different tasks throughout the day and get hands-on with various different projects across different client sites.

Key Responsibilities
** Design, and implementation of networking infrastructure; LAN, WAN, Switching, Routing, DIA, MPLS.
** Configuring and installing switches, routers, and firewalls, in general, and to support QoS, VLAN.
** Supporting connectivity and infrastructure remotely from the Head Office Support Desk by dealing with support
calls and emails from clients, logging cases onto a case management system, being aware of and ensuring SLA
commitments are met or exceeded.
** Working with Voice Technicians to facilitate successful implementation and support of cloud and on-premises
IP voice solutions converged with the data networking infrastructure.
Skills
** Troubleshooting network LAN/WAN problems through to resolution.
** Troubleshooting Internet & WAN Access circuits, specifically ADSL & FTTC circuits.
** Experience with Cisco, HP, and DrayTek routers/switches.
** Experience with networking infrastructure (switching, routing, VLANs, Wireless)
