Marketing Manager - Hybrid
A great opportunity has arisen for an energetic and confident Marketing Manager!
If you like bringing fresh ideas to the business this role is for you. You will lead a small team which you can add to, as well as personally contribute to the creation and delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and communications to support the business objectives, and brand objectives. Knowledge and understanding of insurance products and distribution channels is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand the vision for the business, develop a marketing strategy and plan to drive overall engagement.
* Responsible for overseeing entire creative process including development of campaigns and initiatives.
* Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs.
What skills you'll need
- Marketing strategy and planning, communication, and management of campaigns.
- Use of data and marketing analytics to improve campaigns, including testing and optimisation techniques.
- Detailed knowledge of digital marketing methods - including email and marketing automation, content marketing and social media.
- Knowledge or broad experience using marketing systems such as CMS, google analytics, marketing automation and email software.
