Position: Mac IT Support Engineer
Location: London (West)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
A fast-growing, National IT Service Provider has an exciting new opportunity for a predominantly Mac focused IT support engineer to join their team ASAP. This business has been established for close to 15 years and is situated in West London. They have several prestigious clients located in and around the city.
Your role as a Mac IT Support Engineer will be to combine helpdesk work (home or office) with client site visits throughout London providing IT support, project work, and a high standard of customer care. They need someone who can manage, maintain, and support their customers' IT environments.
What this Position Will Entail:
* Providing IT/Desktop support at various sites across London
* Infrastructure focused project tasks and new rollouts
* Troubleshooting and resolving an array of IT issues remotely via helpdesk
