Role: Lead 3rd Line Engineer
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire - Hybrid (2 days office based)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

My client, an international Data Storage Solutions company, is looking for a Lead 3rd Line Engineer to support their EMEA clients on a permanent basis. Ideally, you will have experience working with data storage or cloud storage solutions and have a high level of technical understanding.
As a Lead 3rd Line Engineer, you will be building and maintaining client relationships, and driving critical customer solutions to resolution while acting as an escalation point for the 3rd line team.

- SAN
- Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Backup applications
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
