Role: IT Field Technician
Location: Leicester
Salary: £19K

Role Requirements:
** Act as the face of the business across customer sites
** Be comfortable providing onsite face to face support at sites across Leicester City
** Work closely with the customer to understand their needs, diagnose the issues and resolve the faults
** Provide remote support of logged tickets
** Carry out support across hardware, software and infrastructure issues
** Get involved in projects across the customer base
Technical Skills from You:
** Windows Server
** Windows 10
** Office 365
** Active Directory
** iOS, Android
** Hardware support - laptops, PC's, printers, tablets
It is also advantageous if you have 1+ years' experience working within the education sector / an MSP environment - however if not please do not be discouraged as you could still be a great fit!
