Salary: £28,000 DOE + Car allowance

The company are a fast growing MSP and CSP who are looking for an IT Technical Engineer with MSP experience to their ambitious team on a permanent basis located in Dudley.

Responsibilities of the role:
** Troubleshooting windows 10
** Providing 2nd line support to over 1000 users across multiple businesses
** Providing excellent customer service to users
** Assisting with the maintenance of network infrastructures, cloud technologies and data security
Skills Required:

** Active Directory / Azure
** VMware
** Hyper V
** Networking
** Exchange / Office 365
** Sharepoint / Onedrive
