IT Support technician in London - Contract
I am currently working with an MSP in London to help them with short term support within their team. They are looking for a 1st/2nd line technician to assist them whilst they search for a permanent hire. The role is based outside IR35 and is initially for 1 month.
However, this has great potential to extend as the company continues to grow or for the right candidate to go permanent. The role is for an immediate start and will be based on site in West London. The right candidate will be joining a fast-paced team, to help support a number of their clients.
Commercial experience in the following is required for this position:
- Active Directory - account creation and management
- Office 365 admin
- Previous MSP or customer-facing role
- Basic Hardware troubleshooting
The desirable skills for the role are:
- Windows Server 2012 and 2016
- Citrix Director
- Virtualisation software such as HyperV or VMWare
