Location: REMOTE (Leeds, England)
Salary: £25,000
I am looking for a driven IT Support professional to join a thriving MSP in Leeds on a permanent basis. This company are going through a huge spell of growth, having secured huge new contracts over the past month, and are looking to invest in someone who is wanting to learn within IT and progress their knowledge to aid in the success of the business and the satisfaction of the customers.
This business invests heavily in their employees from day 1, and provide them with the opportunity to learn from senior engineers and provide both remote and hands on onsite support. This position will be based at the company's head office in Headingly and will require travel to customers site across Yorkshire once a week - as well as the opportunity to work from home 50% of the time!

Role Requirements:
** Provide 1st / 2nd line support to customers across Yorkshire
** Work on the helpdesk to provide a friendly and professional service
** Provide hands on technical support onsite
** Shadow and learn from the more senior engineers
** Provide support and mentoring in areas you are skilled in
