Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: up to £22,000 DOE

My client, a global Software Company working with clients in the finance space, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their tech team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing application support for in-house software, assisting with remote installations, configurations and upgrades, and projects!
Ideally, you will have at least 1 years' experience within an IT Support role and be confident liaising with clients up to Director level.
The role is currently hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home as an average.

Experience needed:
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Windows Server 2012, 2016
- Windows 7/10
- Networking - DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN
- Experience with SQL is beneficial
