IT Support Technician
Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Leeds, England
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 DOE

My client, a successful and well-established Managed Service Provider, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their growing tech team. You will operate as the first point of contact for customers and internal employees. You will provide remote and onsite support whilst getting involved in the ongoing and upcoming projects.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
My client is partnered with some of the largest names in IT including Microsoft, Veeam, VMWare and Dell… to name a few!

Skills from You:
- Windows Server 2012 - 2019 administration
- Office365/Microsoft Exchange
- Windows 7 - 10
- Active Directory
- Networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
