Role: 2nd Line Support Technician
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE!

My client in Surrey is looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll have the chance to learn new bespoke technologies while also being heavily involved in rolling out new systems and software.
You'll get hands-on experience providing service desk support to multiple sites and clients, working closely with the project team, and focusing on your professional growth and development through courses, progression meetings, and training subscriptions! Giving you the incredible opportunity to become a Senior!
You will be based in the Leatherhead office providing 2nd Line support with:
-Windows Server 2012-2019 (desirable)
-Windows 10
-Office 365
-Active Directory
-Server/Desktop hardware troubleshooting and support
-Mobile Devices (Apple, Windows and Android)
-Networking knowledge (desirable)
-Educational sector experience
