IT Support/Systems Engineer (Hybrid)
Position: IT Support/Systems Engineer
Location: Remote/London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
A globally recognised IT Service Provider has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support and Systems Engineer to join their team to support their high-profile customers in London. The company established themselves in 2011 and have been growing ever since, now having offices globally in addition to the UK.
Your role as an IT Support and Systems Engineer will involve direct remote support of users, with occasional on-site support when required, as well as administration and service management of a wide range of cloud platforms and services. They need someone who has strong technical knowledge related to cloud infrastructure (based on Microsoft Azure/AWS) and someone who can manage and maintain their clients' IT systems on a predominantly remote basis.
What this Position Will Entail:
* Providing IT support on a predominantly remote basis
* Ticket assessment, management, and resolution
* Technical escalation assistance from 1st line support team
* Project work / migrations to cloud infrastructure
* Aiding customer retention and satisfaction
