IT Support Engineer - London - £33K

Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: London (Central)
Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE + Amazing Benefits

A well-established and prestigious organisation which dates back nearly 200 years, has an exciting new opening for an IT Support Engineer to be based out of their London office. This role can also be undertaken remotely, and a hybrid model is in operation allowing you to work from home.

They need someone to help manage and maintain their IT systems and be the lead on all project tasks, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations, whilst assisting with occasional user support as an escalation point for the more junior technician. You will have the complete support of the IT Manager who will be available to provide advice and guidance on any queries or difficulties you encounter.

What this Position Will Entail:
* Upgrading and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure/systems
* Server management and optimisation for peak performance
* Leading all project tasks
* Working alongside other members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
* Supporting a small sized user base

Knowledge and Skills Required for the Position:
* Windows Server 2016/2019
* Windows 10
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Office 365
* Azure
* Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* SQL
