IT Support Technician role
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: East Central, London
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + bonus DOE
My client, who are in the financial activities supersector are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent term basis. Your day to day will consist of desktop support and getting involved in their on-going projects, your support will mainly be focused on their European offices (8:30-4:30 or 9-5 working hours, your choice). This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who has around 3/4 years behind them providing 1st and 2nd Line Support, this role is hybrid working with the flexibility to do more days from home if needed.

Experience needed:
- Between 2-4 years' commercial experience
- M365
- ServiceNow and Active Directory
- Video conferencing - Webex
- ITIL - certification and/or environment
- Data backup/ offsite storage
- WAN and local network configuration
- Mobile telephony systems
- Support and maintance of Servers
- Great customer service skills
