IT Support Engineer
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Kings Cross, North London
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000
My client is a charitable organisation who are looking to hire a motivated IT professional to support approximately 80 staff within the organisation. You will be the first point of contact via the helpdesk for all users within the company, ensuring the smooth operation and security of the systems involved. You will also be involved in team projects to rollout and update cloud based and on-premise systems. This opportunity will allow you to gain exposure to a variety of cloud technologies ranging from Office 365 applications to IT infrastructure and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely response and resolution to all technical support issues
- Providing IT inductions, processing new starters on the system
- Hardware and software rollout and refreshes
- Access control administration and licensing for internal and external system users
- Liaising with 3rd party echnical supplies to resolve issues when required
Areas Covered:
- Dynamics CRM (PREFERABLE)
- PC's, Macs, laptops and tablets
- Cloud telephoney (Microsoft Teams Phone System) and Mobiles
- Cyber security awareness tools. anti-virus software, updates and patching
- Azure Active Directory/Intune and Office 365
- IT office infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, printing, hot-desks, video conference rooms)
- Remote desktop support
- Licensing portals
