Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: East Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
My client who are in the financial sector are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, you will be providing support to the staff while being involved in multiple projects. They are looking for a good multi-skilled engineer with a professional manner, excellent communication skills and an analytical mind that doesn't give up on challenging problems or issues.

Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- Office 2016/365
- Active Directory
- Hardware & software
- Azure
- Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Remote Access tools
- SCCM
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
Would be an advantage to have:
- Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, Fidessa or other market data experience
- Citrix Apps & Desktops
- Blackberry MDM
- Mitel telephone system
