IT Support Engineer £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: East Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
My client who are in the financial sector are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, you will be providing support and delivering Desktop PC and automation related projects to the staff and group companies. You will need to have a professional manner with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind that doesn't give up on challenging problems or issues.

Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- Office 2016/365
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Remote Access tools
- Desktop/user automation using group policy and SCCM
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
Would be an advantage to have:
- Cisco networking
- Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, Fidessa or other market data experience
- Citrix Apps & Desktops
- Blackberry MDM
- Mitel telephone system
