Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: North London
Salary: up to £35K DOE
A little more about the role:
I am currently working with an award-winning British travel group who are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
As the IT Support Engineer, you will be working with and reporting directly to the Operations Director, providing knowledge of the best IT standards and practices. Previous experience in an IT Support role and excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments and applications is essential.

What we are looking for from you:
-Experience working in a Microsoft-based infrastructure and support role in a multi-site environment.
-Strong technical capabilities in Windows-based networks and servers, including Active Directory, -IP addressing (DNS, DHCP), WANS and LANS and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of MS 365 Exchange and LINUX would be desirable but not essential.
-Manage data storage, back-ups, security, and privacy of network
-Good knowledge of management of UTM devices, including PCI-DSS certification and practices.
-Good experience of desktop technologies, including Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft 365 packages.
-Good knowledge and understanding of telephony, including VoIP and mobile telephony.
