IT Support Engineer
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Needham Market - Ipswich
Salary: £28K DOE
I am looking for a focused and driven IT Professional to join a growing business in Needham Market on a permanent basis. This is a busy working environment, as the business is made up of 5 sites across the UK, and you will be the point of contact for all IT issues and queries raised across the business.

Role Requirements:
** Act as the point of call for all issues raised across the business - communication and customer service is key!
** Work coherently and cohesively in a team of 4 to ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk
** Help out with hardware builds and set ups
** Partner up with senior engineers to shadow them, broaden your technical knowledge and learn new skills
** Get involved with ongoing projects across the business
