Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £27.5K DOE
I am looking for a confident and driven IT Support Engineer to join a thriving business within the public sector in Leicester on a permanent basis. Role Responsibilities:
** Act as the first port of call for all issues raised across 23 sites
** Provide efficient and effective IT Support to 600+ users, answering all queries in a professional yet friendly demeanour
** Deal with issues from logging through to diagnosis & resolution / escalation
** Work with senior engineers to maximise your potential and develop your IT knowledge
** Work with the latest technologies, systems and platforms within IT
Technical skills from you:
** Windows Server
** Windows 10
** Office 365, Exchange
** Active Directory
** Azure
** VMWare, vSphere
** TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
** IP Telephony
** Hardware Installs & Support
