Role: IT Support Analyst
Location: Oxford
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus
I am recruiting for a unique opportunity, for a 1st / 2nd Line, IT Support Analyst to join one of our biggest Biotechnology companies. They are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst for their new and exciting tech department. You will be providing 1st / 2nd line Support to customers by telephone or desk support. With this position, you will have the opportunity to be trained by a very high-level and experienced IT manager who is excited about bringing an Analyst into the company.

Technical Skills:
* Great Communication/ Customer Service skills
