Salary: 27,000 - £32,000 DOE

My client a managed service provider who focus on high-quality IT Solutions to businesses based in London have grown their clients base and are expanding rapidly they are looking to bring on an IT Support Analyst on a permanent basis. Experience needed:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Windows 10
- Active directory
- Worked with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, connect wise, ServiceNow etc
- Exchange 365 / Outlook
- Ability to manage customer expectations
